Lost or Stolen Packages$5 flat-rate US shipping or FREE on orders over $50!

Tidewater Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen shipments or marked as delivered. Please contact your local post office to set up a claim.

Returns

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the request.


Claims must be made with photos within 3 business days of delivery,


Items must be unwashed/unworn.

Returns on unworn, unwashed items with tags still attached in original packaging are accepted within 14 days of receipt of item.


Returns are eligible for store credit only.


Refund at management discretion upon inspection of goods.


Sale/clearance items, undergarments, jewelry, bodysuits, swimwear or hats and gift cards are NOT returnable, they are final sale.


Shipping charges (original and return) are the customer’s responsibility.

You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase


Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We cannot guarantee an exchange on your exact items due to carrying limited inventory
